After graduating from Bristol University in Computer Systems Engineering, I started my career in London as a Junior IT Support Agent. Over 15 years I progressed rapidly, settling back in Bristol as Operations Director for an IT Service Provider and starting a family. In 2018, I took the leap into setting up my own business and, with Mike, I cofounded Nova.

Prior to co-founding Nova in 2018, I played a key role in revolutionising the way Microsoft Office 365 delivered support, with the primary objective being exceptional customer service. Having a wealth of experience being a technician myself, developing staff, and managing support teams, the role of Operations Director at Nova is a perfect fit.
Head of Business Development
Prior to joining Nova, I completed my studies in Computer Science, before commencing a 20-year career in the IT managed services provider sector. I quickly progressed from Account Manager to Sales Director, growing and establishing a digital services start-up serving the UK, with an aim to support scaling and growth.
With extensive experience partnering with SMEs, I am excited to support and develop Nova and its clients.
