Managing Director
After graduating from Bristol University in Computer Systems Engineering, I started my career in London as a Junior IT Support Agent. Over 15 years I progressed rapidly, settling back in Bristol as Operations Director for an IT Service Provider and starting a family. In 2018, I took the leap into setting up my own business and, with Mike, I cofounded Nova.
Due to the continued support we have received from clients, old and new, we set up The Nebula Group in 2022 to replicate our IT support model in different sectors.
Polaris is the first company launched within the group using the Nova model, exclusively supporting the wider Financial Services industry.
Operations Director
Prior to co-founding Nova in 2018, I played a key role in revolutionising the way Microsoft Office 365 delivered support, with the primary objective being exceptional customer service. Having a wealth of experience being a technician myself, developing staff, and managing support teams, the role of Operations Director at Nova is a perfect fit. As of 2022 I’m also now excited to be the Operations Director of The Nebula Group and Polaris where I’m confident I’ll gain even more experience in creating a truly industry-leading IT support service.
Head of Business Development
Prior to joining Nova, I completed my studies in Computer Science, before commencing a 20-year career in the IT managed services provider sector. I quickly progressed from Account Manager to Sales Director, growing and establishing a digital services start-up serving the UK, with an aim to support scaling and growth.
With extensive experience partnering with SMEs, I am excited to see how Nova has excelled since its inception, by providing world-class support to its clients. I am extremely passionate about how I can support and develop Nova, improving efficiencies and scalability for the business while maintaining the high standards of client service that it is known and respected for.
Technical Administrator
I’m passionate about problem-solving and technology, which is why I’m thrilled to be a part of the Nova team providing support to all of our wonderful clients. Outside of work, you’ll often find me experimenting with recipes or getting stuck into a strategy game. I also love spending time outdoors, exploring nature and seeking adventures.

I have been with Nova for almost 2 years, I love IT for the problem solving and the satisfaction of helping people. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games with friends and walking holidays.

In my own time I like to explore Bristol on my motorcycle, play relaxing computer games, and undertake every IT project I can get my hands on.

I have always been fascinated by technology, from the very first time I got my hands on an electronic device (my Nintendo DS Lite at age 8), I’ve been delighted by the way technology makes our lives so much more fun and our work easier! I love problem-solving, and here at Nova, we strive to help you make the most of the technology you use every day. I am proud to work alongside such a knowledgeable and friendly team. In my spare time, I love playing video games, reading graphic novels, and finding ways to entertain (and wear out) our Borzoi pup Lilith.

Being part of the Nova Support team means that I’m able to combine three of the things I’m most passionate about: problem-solving, technology, and helping people. Outside of work, I like to partake in competitive hobbies such as squash, football, or multiplayer video games with my friends. I also love travelling, exploring new countries, and embracing their cultures.
